How we work

Clear scope, fee and responsibilities before work begins.

PATC Ledger uses a structured onboarding process so that the requested support, documents, timing and professional fee are understood before detailed work starts.

Step 1

Initial inquiry

Share the company name, service required, relevant period, deadline and a short description of the issue. We normally aim to respond within one business day.

Step 2

Preliminary review

We review the initial facts, urgency, documentation condition and whether the matter fits PATC Ledger's service area.

Step 3

Scope and fee proposal

We provide a proposed scope and professional fee based on complexity, entity count, period, urgency and tax or accounting risk.

Step 4

Engagement confirmation

Work begins after the scope, fee, required documents, responsibilities and timing are confirmed.

Step 5

Work and communication

We carry out the agreed work with practical communication, documentation-focused review and appropriate follow-up.

Fee basis

Fixed, hourly or project fee

Depending on the engagement, fees may be quoted on a fixed-fee, hourly or separately agreed project-fee basis. Historical review, tax risk assessment, resubmission work, transfer pricing review and due diligence may require a separate fee proposal.

No fixed price list is published. Professional fees are quoted after the initial facts and scope are understood. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require separate written approval.
